A Happiness Journey


Hi, I’m Chiara I’m a certified Change Coach and Rehab Therapist who has overcome chronic anxiety and addiction and now I’ve made it my life’s mission to share what I’ve learned so I can help as many people as possible to experience the freedom I have found.

I know what it’s like to have so much anxiety running through your body you can’t even make it out of the house without having a panic attack.

I know what it’s like to self medicate, using food and alcohol to sooth and numb, watching your body get bigger and your energy sink beneath the floor until you can’t get out of bed.

I know what it’s like to be paralysed with overthinking, constantly ruminating, until you feel like you just want to rip your brain out of your head or take any means possible to just switch off your thoughts.

I know what it’s like to feel so much self-loathing you can’t understand how it could be possible for other people to love you when you’re such a worthless individual.

I’ve hit rock bottoms, and I’ve had dark nights of the soul. 

And now, I know what it’s like to feel PEACE. Real peace, in my mind and in my body, and not just a little bit, but MOST OF THE TIME. 

Before training in the understanding I will be introducing you to I tried everything the Personal Development space had to offer. I went to psychologists, doctors, healings, sounds baths, meditated for hours on end, energy healing, herbs, oils, journaling, chanting, affirmations, manifestations and anything else you can poke a sage stick at. And whilst I’ve found some benefit in all of these things, it was both overwhelming and exhausting. My practices were becoming a full time job, on top of my full time job!

Now I’ve discovered the beauty and simplicity of this new paradigm in psychological understanding I have found complete Peace of Mind without any practices at all. Now I get to do the fun stuff when I have time and if I feel like it, not because I feel like I have to.

Your happiness and wellness is innate, you don’t need to go looking for it. It’s already right where you are, you just don’t know it.
